Grand Resort Jermuk, Jermuk

This resort is impressively massive and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable stay with plenty of amenities. The grounds are lovely for walking around, especially with the nearby hot springs. However, the breakfast offerings are somewhat limited compared to other places I've visited. Overall, it's a good value for a restful getaway in the Armenian mountains.

I had a really lovely time at Hyatt Jermuk. The hotel has a cozy and tranquil atmosphere, especially during winter with breathtaking snowy views from the balcony. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. However, while the amenities were solid, my dining experience didn't quite meet expectations, particularly with the buffet options.

My family and I had an incredible stay at the Grand Resort for four nights. The hotel is massive, beautifully clean, and offers everything you could need. The staff were exceptional, especially Vahe and Erik, who made our dining experiences delightful. While breakfast was nice, it was somewhat limited compared to other places we visited. Overall, the great amenities and wonderful service made our stay memorable, and I can't wait to return.
